At Hero Practice Services, our mission has always been about more than dental and vision care, it’s about serving children, supporting families, and strengthening the communities we call home. That mission was front and center at the 2025 Hero Practice Services Summit: Amplified, an annual gathering that brought together dentists, optometrists, operations leaders, and support teams from across the organization to reflect, learn, and look ahead together.
The Amplified Summit was designed to share where Hero is headed, celebrate how far we’ve come, and reinforce our commitment to delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages, especially children in underserved communities. Throughout the event, leaders shared updates on organizational performance, future strategy, and how Hero continues to evolve to better meet the needs of the families we serve.
Inspiration was a key theme of the summit, highlighted by powerful guest speakers whose stories resonated far beyond the stage. Platinum‑selling artist Doug Brown explored fearless collaboration through the lens of making music together, reminding attendees that trust, creativity, and teamwork are essential to building something meaningful. His message underscored the idea that when individuals bring their strengths together, the result is greater than the sum of its parts.
Attendees were also moved by Aaron Golub, a football player who challenged conventional expectations by competing at the collegiate level despite being legally blind. His story of perseverance, resilience, and performance in the face of adversity served as a powerful reminder that limitations do not define potential and that determination and mindset can make extraordinary things possible.

Beyond keynote sessions, the summit emphasized collaboration and connection. Breakout sessions were intentionally designed to be interactive, energizing, and cross‑functional, allowing team members from different regions and roles to share ideas and learn from one another. One of the most meaningful moments came during a hands‑on community service experience in partnership with The Leaders Institute and the Boys & Girls Club, where attendees worked together to build 22 bicycles for children in local communities. Each bike represented more than a donation, it symbolized Hero’s ongoing commitment to giving back and making a tangible difference in the lives of families we serve.
As the 2025 Amplified Summit came to a close, one message was clear: Hero Practice Services is committed to continually elevating how we serve patients, support our teams, and invest in our communities. Amplified was not just a theme, it was a reflection of the passion, purpose, and people who power Hero every day.
Together, we will continue to amplify our mission of serving children in our communities, building brighter futures, one patient, one family, and one community at a time.
